Returns
Who can return
Returns are available only to active Co-op Owner-Members who purchased the item from the Plumbers Co-op website or branch network. A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
Return period
Items may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Condition of goods
All returned items must be in resaleable condition — unused, undamaged, and (where possible) in original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.
How to return
Items must be delivered by the Member to their local Plumbers Co-op branch. Returns by courier or post are not accepted. Please include proof of purchase and any relevant details to help our team locate the order.
Inspection, acceptance and refunds
The Plumbers Co-op reserves the right to accept or reject any return following inspection of the item by a branch team member. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method. Please allow standard processing time after approval.
Non-returnable items
Custom or specially manufactured products, cut-to-length goods, items installed or used, and goods not in resaleable condition are not eligible for return. Please confirm eligibility at the time of purchase if you are unsure.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a refund or replacement. For minor failures, we will repair or replace the item within a reasonable time.
