Co-op Service Hub — Partner Referrals and Form Submissions
PSC operates the Co-op Service Hub, which introduces PSC Members to third-party service partners. PSC acts as an introducer only — we do not provide financial products, credit, insurance, vehicle finance, fuel cards, payment services or any other regulated service directly. Each service is provided by the relevant third-party partner under their own terms and conditions.
Current Co-op Service partners include:
- ScotPac Business Finance — business loans and credit lines
- Austbrokers Countrywide (AFSL 511363) — insurance broking services
- Lessn — payment processing and merchant services
- Fingo Finance — vehicle finance and fleet services
- Ampol — fuel card program
- Fleet Card — fuel card program (coming)
For certain Co-op Service partners (including fuel card programs), PSC's introducer relationship is managed through Supply Clusters, a third-party administration and commercial services provider. Supply Clusters assists with agreement management, offer negotiation and referral tracking on PSC's behalf.
Form Submissions
PSC hosts enquiry and application forms for some Co-op Service partner offers on PSC's own instance of a third-party form platform. When you submit one of these forms:
- Your personal information is collected by PSC
- PSC shares your submission directly with the relevant service partner (ScotPac, Austbrokers Countrywide, Lessn, or Supply Clusters as applicable) and/or directly with the relevant fuel company (Ampol, Fleet Card)
- Fingo Finance operates its own platform — when you follow a PSC referral link to Fingo, your information is collected directly by Fingo under their privacy policy
- Chime Labs operates its own platform — when you follow a PSC referral link to Chime Labs, your information is collected directly by Chime Labs under their privacy policy
Each service partner will handle your personal information in accordance with their own privacy policy. We encourage you to review the relevant partner's privacy policy before submitting an application.
Introducer Commission
PSC may receive an introducer commission or referral fee from a Co-op Service partner if you proceed with a product or service following a referral from PSC. This commercial arrangement does not affect the price you pay or the terms offered to you by the partner.
PSC does not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) or Australian Credit Licence (ACL). Nothing on the PSC website, in any PSC communication, or in any PSC-hosted form constitutes financial advice, credit advice, insurance advice or any other regulated advice. All information provided by PSC about Co-op Service partner offers is general information only and is not tailored to your personal circumstances. Before making any financial, credit, insurance or other decision, you should obtain independent professional advice.
