How to join

  1. 1. Apply online through our Co-op partner (opens in a new window).
  2. 2. Add your business and contact details.
  3. 3. Provide your plumbing licence and trade credit references.
  4. 4. Once approved, you're an Owner-Member and ready to order.

Applications are completed through a commercial credit account application on our Co-op partner's secure site (opens in a new window). It's open to licensed plumbing businesses, and Owner-Member shares start from $200. Credit and the amount requested are subject to approval, and timing can vary — some steps, such as confirming credit references, may take a little longer.

What does ownership return?

Settlement discount is guaranteed when you pay within terms. Rebates and dividends are not guaranteed — they are paid only if declared by the Board, and reflect how the Co-op performs.

Your spend.
Your returns.

You have to buy plumbing supplies — that's not changing. The question is whether the business you buy from pays you back. Plug in your monthly spend and see what 5, 10 or 20 years at the Co-op puts in your pocket.

Owner-Members.

The member pricing alone makes it worthwhile. Everything else — the branch, the services, the people — that's the bit you don't expect.

Sorted insurance and ute finance through the Co-op. Both came back cheaper than what I'd been paying. Didn't have to chase anyone — they handled it.

The Co-op events are where I've met most of the people I trust in this industry. That network is worth more than any discount.
