How do I log in to the new B2B site?

I can’t find my login invite email

Search for an email with the subject “Set your password to start shopping online with the Co-op” sent from member.services@plumberscoop.au. Check your junk or spam folder.

If you still can’t find it, email member.services@plumberscoop.au.

How do I find invoices and reorder from them?

Once logged in, you can view past invoices and reorder directly from them. Here’s a simple visual guide:

Can I add other users or set permissions?

Yes. Company admins can add users and control permissions (e.g. who can order, approve, or just view invoices). Follow this guide:

Why does Google still show the old site?

We’re moving all pscoop content into b2b.plumberscoop.au over the next 1–2 weeks. Once done, all old URLs will automatically redirect to the new site.

Why do I have to fill out a form or send an email? Why weren’t logins just transferred over?

Security. Your e-commerce login allows ordering against your Co-op credit line. If an invite went to the wrong person, your credit line could be misused. To prevent this, we keep a clear paper trail where the authorised Owner-Member confirms who should have access.

How long does it take to get set up?

Once we’ve received your completed form, setup is usually finished within 24–48 hours.

How do I find my job order numbers?

We are working on an update so you can see your job order numbers. At the moment, the order/invoice number is the Co-op generated invoice number from our Frameworks system.

How do I look up my cost of items and the customer’s recommended retail price?

You must first log in to your account to see the cost of your item. The general wholesale price is the price shown when not logged in. We don’t yet have the customer’s recommended retail price online, but we are working on this feature.

Where can I find my monthly statements?

We do have monthly statements available online but are targeting 1st September for that release. In the meantime, you can get your July statements by emailing credit@plumberscoop.au.
