Eligibility

• Be an active Plumbers' Co-op Member with an account in good standing
• Purchase any Rinnai product in-store or online through your Plumbers' Co-op trading account during the promotion period
• Ensure purchases are invoiced within 1/10/25 – 30/11/25

How to Qualify

1. In-store Purchases: Buy 1 × Rinnai product at any Plumbers' Co-op branch and receive 1 × Rinnai x Co-op Shirt.
2. Online Purchases: Buy 1 × Rinnai product through the Plumbers' Co-op online store and receive 2 × Rinnai x Co-op Shirts.

Reward Fulfilment

• Reward: Up to three (3) Rinnai x Plumbers' Co-op Shirts per member, subject to qualifying actions.
• Shirts for in-store and online purchases will be provided by or dispatched from the member’s nominated branch.
• Bonus Reward: Share a photo wearing your Rinnai x Co-op shirt on your public social media (Facebook and/or Instagram), tagging @plumberscoop.trade and @rinnai_au on Instagram or Plumbers Co-op and Rinnai Australia on Facebook, and receive a third shirt!
• Bonus shirts will be confirmed and distributed once social media posts have been verified by Plumbers' Co-op marketing staff.

• Rewards are available while stock lasts.
• Shirt sizes are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
• Limit of one (1) qualifying reward per purchase; multiple purchases can earn additional shirts.
• No backorders or rainchecks once stock is depleted.
• Proof of purchase may be required to verify eligibility.
• Merchandise items cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or alternative goods.
• Plumbers' Co-op reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice.
• All bonus shirt claims must be validated by 6 December 2025.

Notification & Redemption

• This is a purchase-based reward promotion; no prize draw applies.
• Rewards will be fulfilled by Plumbers' Co-op staff at branch level, or shipped with qualifying online orders, subject to availability.
• For social media bonus claims, qualifying members will be contacted directly for shirt size confirmation and delivery details.
